His Ziarah and Pleas

   Ayatollah Bahjat used to start his daily program, despite his age, by paying a visit to the shrine of Lady Fatima al-Ma'soumah, peace be upon her. He daily is honored by performing the rites of the ziarah to Lady Ma'soumah and stands before the sacred shrine with humility and full respect then recites Ziarah Ashura.

    Ayatollah Bahjat would go to the Sahla Mosque Quite often and spend the night alone till morning in that mosque.

The author of the book titled Anwar al-Malakut cites Sheikh Abbas Qouchani, the trustee of the late Mirza Ali Agha Qazi, the following interesting narrative: "Ayatollah Bahjat would go to the Sahla Mosque Quite often and spend the night alone till morning in that mosque.

    One night, when the mosque's lamp was not lit and it was quite dark, he needed to renew his ablution in the middle of the night, so he needed to get out of the mosque and go to its eastern side where the toilets were. As he was walking in the dark, he felt a little bit scared. Suddenly, a light appeared before him and kept lighting the way for him like a lamp till he completed his ablution and returned to the mosque. When he got back to the mosque, that light disappeared."
