The seventh of Safar

The seventh of Safar is both birthday [anniversary of Imam al-Kazim] and death [martyrdom anniversary of Imam al-Hassan, peace be upon them]. Concluding both is to mention the virtues of the Imam [whose birthday it is] and to mention the other Imam’s calamities. This is concluding between two rights.
