The First Admonishment
In the name of Allah, the most merciful the most beneficent
Praise be only for Allah, and blessings be upon the leader of the prophets, Mohammad and his progeny, the leaders, deputies, the pure ones; and continuous curse be upon their enemies from the early ones and the latter ones.
The difference between learned and ignorant is due to knowledge about cure of happenings and lack of such knowledge. The difference of their ultimate way-stations is related to the difference of levels of their knowledge.
It is not hidden upon the wise ones that the basic rule of motion in the creatures is to recognize the motive required for the motion and to recognize the one from, towards and for whom the motion is i.e. the one who is the beginning and the destiny towards whom the contingent beings move moment by moment.
The difference between learned and ignorant is due to knowledge about cure of happenings and lack of such knowledge. The difference of their ultimate way-stations is related to the difference of levels of their knowledge. Thus, if we have recognized the Motive and if, by observing the discipline and order in the moving bodies, we have understood the good management and wisdom of the Motive our total attention will be towards His genetic (Takwini) and legislative (Tashri’i) will.
Blessed be the recognizer even if he may be the highest martyr! And woe to the recognizer even if he may be the Pharaoh of the time!
In the end of this motions the ignorant says: I wish I was not created! The aware one will say: I wish I move towards the destiny seventy times and then I return back and move towards it again and be martyred for the sake of truth.
Lest we may regret of our life and return back.
I say it clearly: If someone remembers the beneficent during half of his age and does neglects Him in the other half, half of his life is counted as life and the remaining half is counted as death due to causing damage to himself and due to lack of profit.
I say it clearly: If someone remembers the beneficent during half of his age and does neglects Him in the other half, half of his life is counted as life and the remaining half is counted as death due to causing damage to himself and due to lack of profit.
One who recognizes God obeys him and deals with him. He acts upon things which he knows are according to his consent and stays away from thing which he does not know until he knows about them. He inquires about them and then act upon them or avoid them. His act is based on evidence and avoidance is based on lack of evidence.
Is it possible that our caravan may cross this dangerous path without the weapon of Allah’s obedience?
Is it possible that our being be by Allah but our power may be by someone else?
“افضل زاد الرّاحل الیک عزم اراده”
i.e. [The most valuable and the best provision for the traveler toward You is his determination.]
Thus there is no beneficial and lasting power but for the godly ones and there is no weakness but for the others.
Now if we are certain in this stage then in order to implement these attributes we should know that this motion, from the beginning till the end, depends on opposition of the false motives. If we do not depend on then connection to the accord of the Highest Origin (Mabda’ e A’la) is sufficient:
“افضل زاد الرّاحل الیک عزم اراده”
i.e. [The most valuable and the best provision for the traveler toward You is his determination.]
And praise be to Allah in the beginning and in the end and blessing be upon Mohammad and His pure progeny and the everlasting curse be upon all their enemies.
