Remembering the Friends

Fifty years ago, for the first time,
they met in one of Ayatollah Boroujerdi’s courses.
After the class, they talked for a few minutes, about what they were doing,
their family, their life, and their studies.
Now it was the second time they met; he went toward Ayatollah Bahjat happily to say Salam.
He was to introduce himself and talk about Ayatollah Boroujerdi’s courses,
but Ayatollah Bahjat addressed him by his first name, said Salam first, and even inquired after his brothers, telling their names.
